    It is recommended to get your roof inspected at least once a year, especially after a severe weather event.

    YES, there are many ways to extend the life of your roof. We provide many options when it comes to restoration but it depends on the present condition of the roof. In some instances when the roof system is in the early deterioration phase (15-20 years) we can extend it up to 20 years without replacement. If your roof is past that point don't let someone sell you on restoration. Restorations are limited based on the current condition of the roof system.

    If you have a leaky roof, contact Premier immediately for emergency repair services to prevent further damage to your property.

    The very best system for a deck or patio is a traffic coating. We install PUMA and PMMA systems. With PUMA we recommend a reinforcement sheet. For a more economical system we recommend Dec-Tec.

    TPO Thermoplastic polyolefin V/S PVC Polyvinyl Chloride. There is an easy way to describe the difference without getting too scientific. TPO is rubber and PVC is plastic. PVC is more heat tolerant, chemical resistant and fire resistant. TPO is more economical and more flexible.
